Purple Run 2019
About 1450 enthusiastic youngsters and the young at heart participated in the Purple Run @ Hyderabad on 15 Sept 2019. The Forum Purple Run was flagged off by Dr. K. Chandrasekhar, Managing Director - Asha Hospital & Vice President ARDSI Hyderabad Deccan chapter.
The day began with a great warm up session by Bobby and his team from the Bobby Fitness Fusion. It was a fun session with cool music and moves.
The 10k run was flagged off first at 5:45 am followed by the 5 km run. An amazing sense of togetherness and unity was displayed by all. The common message was "I run to remember"
The event came to a close by 9:30 am with the awards ceremony and customary group photo.
We look forward to a bigger Purple Run 2020 next year. Till then keep talking about dementia and show your support to those affected by dementia.
