- The meeting commenced at 11.30am and was attended by 20 caregivers and volunteers.
- Dr Konappa, the facilitator spoke of his experience with Geriatric care and the common problems that he had encountered in tending for patients who were elderly.
- Caregivers and volunteers spoke of their own experiences with their loved ones and how dementia posed some challenges that were not relevant to the healthy aged.
- Dr Konappa was able to facilitate a discussion regarding some specific queries posed by the caregivers.
