Elders Mela - 2012
ARDSI Hyderabad Deccan Chapter had put up a stall in the Elders mela 2012 conducted by Department of Welfare Disabled and Senior Citizens, AASARA-GHMC, Helpage India, FEDEHAP, FAPSCO, APSccon, Thodu-Needa, Indian Redcross (Hyderabad Dist.) and IFHD. This event was organized for three days 2nd,3rd & 4th October'12.
ARDSI literature was displayed and distributed at the stall and the queries of the visitors regarding dementia and ARDSI as an organization were attended by the staff at the stall.
On 2nd October 8, 2012 Hon'ble Minister Smt. Suneetha Laxma Reddy, Government of AP had visited our stall and had appreciated the services provided by ARDSI Hyderabad Deccan chapter.
On 3rd October 2012 The Honorable Governor of Andhra Pradesh Sri E.S.L.Narasihan & Smt Vimala Narasihan Visited ARDSI stall and interacted actively with staff appreciated the services provided by ARDSI Hyderabad Deccan chapter.
On 4th October, G.H.M.C. Commissioner Mr.Krishna Babu Sri., and Smt. Mamata Bai, Project Director AASARA, Visited ARDSI stall and interacted actively with staff appreciated the services provided by ARDSI Hyderabad Deccan chapter.
Nearly 500 people from various places and organizations visited ARDSI Stall .ARDSI literature(What Is Dementia ?, Normal Ageing, 10 signs of Dementia ) was distributed.
